How are Board Members Nominated?

The Nominating & Governance Committee of the Cascade PBS Board of Directors has the responsibility to evaluate and nominate candidates for election to the Cascade PBS Board of Directors and to appoint individuals to the Cascade PBS Community Advisory Board.

The Nominating & Governance Committee may nominate candidates for election to the Cascade PBS Board of Directors or appoint candidates to the Cascade PBS Community Advisory Board at any regularly scheduled or special meeting of the Committee.
